Que. How  to Create Mail Account in Outlook Express ?

Ans. Following are the steps for creating Account 

1. Click the icon of Outlook Express , After Clicking on the icon you will get outlook express screen . Click on the ' Tools ' as shown in figure 1.

2.  Click on ' Accounts ' , You will get the Screen as shown in figure 2 . Click on ' Add ' Button and then Click on ' Mail '.

3. You will get the Screen asking for your Display Name . Fill that name and then click on ' Next ' Button. If you want to quit from creating account, you can click on ' Cancel ' Button. See the figure 3.

4. The Next Screen will ask you for E-mail Address (if already exists ) , or to create your E-mail Address i.e. Sign Up new Account . Write your Existing E-mail Address and Click on ' Next ' Button. Refer figure 4.

5.  You will get the next screen asking for E-mail Server Names .  Choose your Incoming mail server type for eg.  POP3 and then  fill up the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server as shown in figure 5. Click on the 'Next' Button for further processing .

6. The next screen will be of 'Internet Mail Logon' . Fill the Account Name and Password field . If you want that your password should be remembered . Click on the Check box below the password field. Press ' Next ' Button

7. And the Click Finish for completing the process of Setting a New Account . refer figure. 7

8. Finally You can see your account in the ' Internet Accounts ' Window. You can Delete it by Clicking on 'Remove ' Button  or can see/set it's property by clicking on the ' Property ' Button .
