1. How can i login for setting up
POP Account ?
Write the URL http://mailsetup.ibninfosys.com in the Address
Bar. You will get the Login window (screen) . Type the Domain
Name and Password and Click ' GO ' Button . Refer fig.

2. After Successful login you will get the
Screen in Fig. 2 containing the fields like Add / Delete/
Modify POP Account , Change Password , Add Catchall Account,etc..

2. How can i Add a POP Account ?
A.. For Adding the POP A/C , Click on the
' ADD POP A/C ' , You will see the screen asking for
user name, Password and Confirm Password . Fill those fields
and Click on ' Create ' Button. Limit Field shows you the
no. of Accounts you can creat and Allocated gives you
the no. of Accounts you have right now. See Below Figure 3.

B.. After Successful Adding New POP A/C ,
you will get the message that ' your Account has been created
Successfully'
3. How can i Delete a POP Account ?
A. For deleting POP Account , just Click
on the ' DELETE POP A/C ' , after that you will see the screen
asking for the Account to be deleted, Choose the appropriate
Account and then Click on ' Delete ' Button.
B. On Successful Deletion of
the Account , you will get the message ' Your Account has
been Deleted' and below this message your account name (which
is deleted) will appear.
4. How can i Modify My POP Account's Password
?
To Modify the Pop Account Password
, Click on the ' MODIFY POP A/C ' and then screen asking
for changing the password will appear . Write New Password
and Click on the ' Change ' Button .
5. How can i change Control Panel's Password
?
To change the Control Panel Password, Click
on the ' CHANGE PASSWORD ' and then the screen asking for
the new password along with the confirm password will appear.
Write the new password and then Click on the ' Change ' Button.
6. How can i add , Catch All
Account ?
Click on the ' ADD CATCH ALL A/C ' for adding
Catch All Account . The Screen asking for the POP Account
will appear. Choose the POP Account and then Click on
' Create ' Button. Refer the figure.
7. How can i Add Alias for my POP Account
?
Click on the 'ADD ALIASES' for adding alias
for the particular Account . The Screen asking for the POP
Account and the Alias name will appear. Choose the appropriate
POP Account and Fill the Alias name in the Ailas Box and then
click on the ' Create ' button..
After the Completion of the processing , Click
' LOGOUT ' to come out of your Mail Account Setup.
