IBN Technologies Policy Agreement effective from 1 Jan 2004
Agreement:
By signing up for IBN services you agree that IBN Technologies has right to modify terms, conditions and policy in regards with usage of its
Services. Any modification will be binding and effective immediately. Any Violation of this policy will/may result in suspension of services or other action like legal.
Period: You agree that this agreement will be in full force during your sign up period with IBN.
Email Services, Web Hosting and Server Co-Location Policy
Email Services: IBN Technologies will not permit any unsolicited mails generally
mails of type: Business, Pornography, Virus, Marketing, Sales, harassing, harmful, threatening and otherwise objectionable sent from IBN servers or servers collocated with IBN which are called as SPAM. Also you agree a) you will not use E-mail for illegal purposes. b) You comply by governing law of India, USA, Canada,
UK while transmitting data. If found by us or through a 3rd Party Complaint. We have right to terminate the account immediately without any notification. Besides this Customer may face the liability in terms of money or legal case.
Web Hosting/E-Commerce Services
You here by agree that you will not put a) any objectionable pages, images, and graphics on your sites that are threatening, inflammatory, abusive, harassing b) pornography and sex related on site is strictly prohibited. Links to such sites are also prohibited c) any material/software/code/script/data that violates copyright, trademark and intellectual property d) any software, application, script, code that contains virus, Trojan, backdoor
Security Responsibilities
Client will be responsible for any security violation with respect to any servers/accounts under his control. Violation of system security and networks is prohibited.
IBN will not be responsible for correct ness and security issues in code, site and application developed by 3rd party providers.
Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to violate security without authorization of concerned person is prohibited.
Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on any network or system without authorization of the owner of the system or network.
Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks.
Disclaimer of Responsibility
IBN is under no duty to look at each customer's or user's activities to determine if a violation has occurred, nor do we assume any responsibility to monitor or police Internet-related activities. IBN disclaims any responsibility for any such inappropriate use and any liability to any person or party for any other person or party's violation of this policy.
All Sub-Networks, resellers and managed servers of IBN must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate Cancellation.
